Role Overview: As a Telecaller for our company, your main responsibility will be to drive sales of insurance and loan products. You should possess excellent communication skills, a successful sales background, and the ability to consistently achieve targets. Key Responsibilities: - Engage potential clients via phone calls to promote insurance and loan products. - Convert qualified leads into sales and meet predetermined targets. - Maintain accurate records of all calls, leads, and successful conversions. - Address customer inquiries and offer personalized solutions to meet their needs. Qualification Required: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in telecalling and sales of insurance and loans. - Strong proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi languages. - Target-oriented mindset with exceptional persuasion abilities. - Proficiency in working with CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
