The B2B Lead Generator role requires you to identify and engage corporate clients through calls and emails, aiming for a minimum of 44 RFQs per month with a conversion rate of at least 20%. Your primary responsibilities include daily outreach to corporate clients, generating a minimum of 2 RFQs per day, maintaining a 20% conversion rate, identifying business opportunities, and updating the CRM system with lead information. Collaboration with the sales team is essential for successful lead handover and conversion. Additionally, you will stay informed about market trends, assist in sales campaigns, and ensure thorough documentation and reporting of lead generation performance. As a qualified candidate, you should hold a UG Graduate degree in any discipline with 1-2 years of experience in B2B lead generation or telesales. Prior experience in call centers dealing with corporate clients is advantageous, along with proficiency in CRM management, Excel or Google Sheets, and documentation. Essential skills for this role include outstanding communication, negotiation, and persuasion abilities, as well as the capacity to thrive in a target-driven environment and achieve set KPIs. Strong organizational and time management skills are crucial. Desirable qualifications include experience in the insurance or financial services sector, familiarity with UAE corporate market trends, and a proven track record of surpassing lead generation targets.,
