Job Description

As an Insurance Associate in a domestic process based in Pune Kharadi, your role will involve contacting and advising interested leads on appropriate insurance products through outbound calls. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication, documenting interactions, and escalating complex issues as needed. The selection process will consist of HR Round, Versant 6 assessment, written assessment, Ops round, and Client round. Qualifications required for this role are as follows: - Fluent in English & Hindi with no Mother Tongue Influence (MTI) or Regional Tongue Influence (RTI) - Graduation in any field, freshers and experienced candidates are welcome - Confident communication and customer handling skills The company offers a full-time job with a 6-day working week. For freshers, the CTC offered is up to 25000, and for experienced candidates, it is up to 40000 based on the last drawn salary, along with exciting incentives.
