Insurance Operations Associate

As an Insurance Operations Analyst at Rippling, you will be responsible for managing the enrollment connections between the Rippling product and health insurance carriers. Your role will involve ensuring accurate information alignment between Rippling and our carrier partners. This position requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, along with a proactive approach to meeting the day-to-day operational needs of insurance transactions. You will be managing an internal dashboard of tasks to verify that client data matches that of the carriers. Continuous improvement of processes to validate data accuracy with the carrier will be a key focus area. Collaborating with Health Insurance Carriers, Support, Engineering, and clients to confirm member transactions accurately is crucial. Becoming a subject matter expert in insurance and exploring innovative ways to confirm enrollments within the Rippling platform will also be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least two years of experience in operations, project management, or a similar role at a high-growth startup or consulting firm. Attention to detail, strong work ethic, effective time management, and execution skills are essential. Experience in direct customer communication, working with product and engineering teams to address product issues, managing tasks through a dashboard, and organizing daily activities accordingly is required. Familiarity with US-based companies, G-Suite, and Salesforce will be beneficial. Rippling values in-office work to promote a collaborative work environment and company culture.
