INSURANCE OFFICER

We are looking for an experienced Insurance Officer to manage end-to-end insurance processes, and support patients with accurate and timely insurance approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cashless insurance approvals, pre-authorisations, enhancements & final settlements
• Coordinate with TPAs/insurance companies for smooth processing
• Verify documents, billing codes, and eligibility criteria
• Guide patients on insurance coverage, documentation, and claim procedures
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and insurer guidelines
• Follow up on pending claims and reduce claim denials

Requirements:

• 3–5 years experience in hospital insurance.
• Strong knowledge of cashless procedures, claim processing & medical terminology
• Good communication skills (English & Malayalam)
• Ability to handle patient queries professionally
• Attention to detail and strong coordination ability
