Key Responsibilities:

Investment & Insurance Associate
Experience: 0 to 2 years

Location: Thane (HO)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Generate Leads
• Process Insurance needs end to end (Applications, Renewal, sending Payment details and. assisting with Claims)
• Conduct Awareness sessions for employees of Bonace
• Content Creation for producing and sharing information or media content for specific audiences
• Learn & elevate different products like Insurance, Mutual Fund, Term Insurance and SIPs
• Support Goal & Financial Planning
• KYC Completion
• Grievance Management
• Increase number of sessions to create awareness
• Deliver excellent service to all customers
• Handle customers' queries and feedback
• Prepare and share reports on monthly calls, sales and cash backs that are paid out
• Search for facts to create and follow-up on insurance quotes and endorsements.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED :

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Good command over the Language
• Basic computer knowledge /MS office is mandatory
• Ability to communicate, present and influence effectively.
