As the Insurance In-charge at our hospital, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our insurance services and partnerships. Your responsibilities will include educating patients on insurance options, collaborating with insurance providers, and ensuring effective communication of insurance-related information to both patients and staff. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns to promote the hospital's insurance offerings, collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional materials related to insurance services, and designing targeted initiatives to drive awareness of insurance partnerships and enhance patient engagement. Building and maintaining strong relationships with insurance providers, brokers, and agents will be a key aspect of your role. You will work closely with insurance companies to ensure proper coverage of the hospital's services under various insurance plans and liaise with insurance representatives to resolve coverage questions or claims issues for patients. In addition, you will educate patients about their insurance coverage options, assist them in understanding their benefits and how insurance plans work with hospital services, and offer support in the insurance enrollment process. Analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, tracking key performance indicators, and collaborating with hospital departments to ensure smooth integration of insurance processes will also be part of your responsibilities. Representing the hospital at community events, health fairs, and insurance-related forums to promote our insurance offerings and engaging with local businesses and organizations to increase insurance awareness will be essential for this role. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Experience in healthcare marketing or insurance sales/marketing is preferred, along with knowledge of healthcare insurance products, policies, and industry regulations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to analyze data and adjust strategies, proficiency in digital marketing tools, content creation, and campaign management, as well as being detail-oriented with strong organizational skills are also required. This is a full-time position with occasional travel required for community outreach. Standard office hours with some flexibility for evening or weekend events may be necessary.
