Job Description

Promote and sell motor insurance renewal to individuals. Identify clients' needs and suggest suitable insurance plans. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Process applications, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations accurately and efficiently. Assist clients with policy changes, claims, and inquiries. Work closely with underwriters and claims departments to ensure smooth service delivery. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance regulations and company products. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports as needed. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
