Insurance Executive

As an Insurance Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to understand a client's individual needs and financial situation in order to recommend appropriate insurance coverage. You will be expected to clearly explain the benefits, terms, and conditions of different insurance policies to clients. Your role will involve working closely with insurance companies to secure competitive premiums and negotiate favorable policy terms. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and present insurance proposals with clear details and multiple options for clients to choose from. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and retention. - Identify and cultivate new potential clients to expand the customer base. - Process claims by handling all aspects of the claims process, from initial notification to settlement. - Guide clients through the claims process, providing them with necessary support and guidance. - Manage claims by tracking and overseeing the progress of claims to ensure timely resolution. Qualifications Required: - Must have a background in the automobile industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. - Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Prior experience in the insurance sector will be an advantage.
