Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Insurance Executive to manage and promote two-wheeler insurance sales and renewals. The role involves coordinating with customers, insurance providers, and the sales team to ensure seamless policy issuance, renewal, and claim assistance while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell two-wheeler insurance policies to new and existing customers.
• Handle insurance renewals and follow-ups with customers before expiry.
• Coordinate with insurance companies for quotations, issuance, and endorsements.
• Assist customers with claim intimation and documentation support.
• Maintain accurate records of policies, renewals, and claims in CRM/software.
• Ensure compliance with IRDA regulations and company policies.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.
• Support the sales team in driving insurance penetration across all vehicle sales.
