1. Lead and manage a team of customer care representatives, providing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback.
2. Develop and implement customer service strategies to achieve business objectives and enhance customer experience.
3. Ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer complaints, inquiries, and concerns via phone, email, and other channels.
4. Monitor and analyze customer feedback, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
5. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Underwriting, Claims) to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
6. Develop and maintain knowledge of insurance products, policies, and procedures.
7. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
