The role requires excellent communication skills, customer handling ability, and a sales-driven mindset to achieve monthly targets. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers for motor and commercial vehicle insurance policies. Explain policy benefits, premium details, and renewal options clearly to customers. Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information about insurance products. Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly for closures. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and renewal targets. Ensure compliance with IRDA guidelines and company policies. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers for repeat business. Coordinate with the sales team and report daily performance.
