As an Insurance Brokerage Data Entry and Certificate Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting brokerage operations by accurately entering application data and preparing certificates of insurance during night shift hours. Your key responsibilities will include accurately inputting and processing insurance application data, preparing and issuing certificates of insurance, verifying data accuracy, collaborating with team members to resolve discrepancies, maintaining organized records, and assisting with other administrative tasks as needed. You will need to demonstrate strong attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent organizational and time-management skills, the ability to work independently during night shift hours, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset. Previous experience in data entry, insurance, or administrative roles is preferred but not required. Knowledge of insurance industry terminology and processes is a plus.
