#) Role Summary

We are seeking motivated and customer-driven Insurance Associates with experience in General Insurance, Motor Insurance, or telesales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to handle customer support and conversions effectively.

#) Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries regarding Motor & General Insurance
• Explain policy features, coverage, premium, and claim process
• Generate leads and convert them into sales
• Handle renewals and follow-ups
• Process endorsements and policy servicing
• Coordinate with insurance companies for policy issuance
• Record customer details and maintain documentation
• Support claim process and resolve customer issues
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets

• Knowledge of General Insurance / Motor Insurance
• Strong communication and convincing ability
• Customer service orientation
• Ability to work on targets and deadlines
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling)
