Job Summary

We are hiring a dedicated and knowledgeable Insurance Associate with hands-on experience in Motor Insurance. This is a complete office-based role with no field work, where you will handle incoming leads provided directly by the company and support customers with insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Handle and convert company-provided leads for motor insurance.

Explain insurance plans, features, and renewal process to customers.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable motor insurance policies.

Manage customer queries and provide accurate information.

Ensure proper documentation and compliance during policy issuance.

Achieve monthly targets while maintaining quality service.

Maintain records of calls, conversions, and follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 6 months experience in Motor Insurance (mandatory).

Strong communication and convincing skills.

Ability to explain insurance terms in a simple and clear manner.

Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling ability.

Customer-oriented attitude with problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
