Key Responsibilities:

Building and Maintaining Relationships:
They establish and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients, including individual customers, corporate clients, and potential partners.
Developing and Implementing Sales Strategies:
BDMs create and execute effective sales and marketing plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's market presence.
Achieving Sales Targets:
A primary focus is on meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue goals, contributing to the overall success of the company.
Providing Product Knowledge:
BDMs educate clients about various insurance products and services, helping them choose the best options for their needs.
Negotiating and Closing Deals:
They negotiate terms and conditions with clients and finalize sales agreements, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process.
Market Research and Analysis:
BDMs stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
