As per published data, 83% of eligible Indians are under insured as  far as life insurance is concerned [Source : Swiss Re,2023] We are willing to contribute our bit to improve the situation.   We have been retained by a leading and reputed Private Insurance Company in India to appoint  motivated and go-getter individuals, including homemakers and retired people from any field, to work either full time or part time. The selected candidate to join as  a Life Insurance Advisor, after passing the stipulated  IRDAI Examination. We give complete product training, pre-sales and post sales assistance, mentoring and opportunities to scale up.   Primary Responsibilities  of a Life Insurance Advisor will be:   Client Identification and Advice: Provide financial advice to prospective clients after properly assessing their needs; recommend suitable insurance solutions.   Product Knowledge: Stay updated on various insurance products  and solutions of the company. The Insurance Advisor is essentially a Financial Advisor, hence, understanding  industry trends to effectively guide the clients  is essential.   Networking and Insurance Sales: The candidate should promote insurance products and solutions and , build a client base; Continuous and effective networking activities to expand the reach is also important.   Customized  Insurance Solutions: Offer customised financial plans to meet the unique requirements of clients, considering their financial goals and risk profile.   Documentation: The candidate has to assist clients with necessary paperwork and documentation for Policy purchase and also during claims, if any.   Support that Insureveda offers to selected candidates :   As a Financial Advisory company and as a recruiter, we offer complete training about the Products, Sales training, Assistance while meeting the clients and closing the sales      Qualifications:   The present requirement need a minimum qualification of Graduation in any field. The minimum age limit is 28 and maximum age limit is 60. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
