Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Insurance Advisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of insurance products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. This is a client-facing role with opportunities for growth and attractive earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify clients’ insurance needs and recommend suitable plans.
• Provide detailed explanations of policy features, benefits, and terms.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and client interactions.
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.
• Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and regulatory changes.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Insurance Advisor/Agent.
• In-depth knowledge of life, health, and general insurance products.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle client objections and close sales effectively.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
• Certification from IRDAI (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
