Position: Shift Incharge / Assistant Manager / Manager – Instrumentation
Location: Gandhidham, Gujarat
Experience: 6–15 Years (depending on level)
Qualification: B.E. / Diploma in Instrumentation / Electronics
Salary: ₹10 – 12LPA (based on role & experience)
Employment Type: Full-time

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead instrumentation operations and maintenance during plant shifts.
• Supervise teams of technicians and shift engineers to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in PLC, DCS, SCADA, and field instruments.
• Plan and execute preventive & predictive maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with production, mechanical, and electrical departments for smooth plant functioning.
• Review and approve calibration, maintenance logs, and technical reports.
• Implement safety practices and statutory compliance.
• Support management in process automation improvements and upgrades.

Requirements:

• B.E. / Diploma in Instrumentation / Electronics.
• 6–15 years of proven experience in plant instrumentation & automation.
• Strong expertise in PLC/DCS/SCADA systems, sensors, transmitters, and calibration.
• Leadership experience in handling teams and shift operations.
• Ability to manage both operations & strategic improvements.
