Instrumentation QA/QC Engineer (Technical Services)

As an Instrumentation Engineer, your role will involve reviewing contract documents and specifications to understand the requirements of quality-related activities. You will be responsible for preparing Inspection Test Plans, Inspection and Test Procedures, and Technical Delivery conditions in compliance with contract specifications and relevant applicable codes and standards. Key Responsibilities: - Review inspection and test reports as per approved Inspection Test Plan (ITP) and in line with relevant codes and standards. - Coordinate inspections with clients, vendors, and third-party inspectors for all stages as per approved ITP. - Coordinate with vendors and clients for Punch Point closure. - Inspect received materials as per approved drawings and Inspection Test Plan. - Conduct various inspection activities during material receiving inspection as per Project Quality Requirements. - Ensure all test reports comply with contract specifications and applicable codes and standards. - Organize pre-inspection meetings with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers. - Evaluate manufacturers and suppliers through auditing as per Project Quality requirements. - Participate in client meetings to discuss/update manufacturing inspection status and technical clarifications. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering from a recognized university. - ISO 9001 & Hazardous Certificate. - Knowledge of IEC Standard, IP Ratings & Hazardous area classification codes.
