Design, install, calibrate, and maintain instrumentation systems (e.g., sensors, transmitters, analyzers) used in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Develop and implement automation solutions using PLCs, SCADA, DCS, HMI, and MES systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve instrumentation and control system issues to minimize downtime and maintain product quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality assurance, and IT to support technology integration.
Ensure all systems comply with regulatory standards such as FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5, and cGMP.
Support validation activities, including writing protocols and executing IQ/OQ/PQ of automated systems.
Monitor system performance and generate reports on KPIs and reliability metrics.
Lead or assist in automation-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
