Job Description

Designation: Instrument Engineer

Qualification

Diploma / B Tech in Instrument Engineering from reputed university.
Proven 4-5 Years working experience as an Instrument Engineer.

Skills:

Knowledge of equipment Automation is required.
Knowledge of basic electrical is must.
Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD
Advanced MS Office skills
Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards
Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
Project management and supervision skills
Time management and organization skills

Responsibilities:

Preparing all instrumentation engineering deliverables such as design basis, specification, data sheets, instrument index, I/O schedule, logic diagram, cable / JB schedule.
Preparing Instrument/Control Systems deliverables such as Design Basis, Specifications for various automation systems and system block diagrams, datasheets
Providing inputs and reviewing detailed drawings
Helping site erection and commissioning team on various instrument/automation issues.
Providing support as a facilitator for problem analysis, risk assessment, root cause analysis, for very critical equipment failures.
