Qualification:

Should be a graduate in Instrumentation Engineering, (BE / B Tech)

Experience:

• Overall Experience – 8-10 years

• Specific Experience - Minimum 2/3 years’ experience on Online Analysers

Main Purpose

Execute daily maintenance activities, like Preventive, predictive & scheduled maintenance activities and troubleshooting of Gas turbine compressors and its auxiliaries & skill sets for trouble shooting of Gas turbine Compressor units; Co-ordinate & Organize to Ensure High Availability and Reliability of field Instruments and Gas Turbines; availability of Control & Instrumentation Systems, Trouble-shooting equipment related problems, contributing to Plant Improvement programs in terms of Safety, Reliability, Availability, Operability and Co-ordination with the other departments and external agencies.

Job Accountabilities (duties and responsibilities).

• Availability of Gas Turbine Generators control system; Planning and execution of Configuration & Maintenance activities of field instruments ; Carrying out the Maintenance activities on field instrumentation; Ensuring the availability of GTG Interface with other systems MCMS, DCS, FGS and ESD 

• Troubleshooting & Functional Testing; • Planning and Execution of calibration & tuning activities on Oxygen, NOX, SO2, pH, Moisture, CO & HC Analysers; • Inspection of Analyser houses and updating the check sheets; • Carry out RCA for failures and implement the recommendations. • Quick trouble shooting on emergency during the silent hours
