Job description Instrumentation Engineer
1. Ability to understand the P&ID, Plant layouts drawings.
2. Read thorough the URS/Project specifications and prepare the project
deliverables accordingly.
3. Design, Selection and Detailed Engineering of field instruments like
Temperature, Pressure, Flow, Level, pH, DO and conductivity.
4. Preparation of bill of materials for instruments with detailed specification.
5. Sending enquiry to vendor for all bought out items.
6. Review of vendor quote as per enquiry.
7. Calibration of instruments.
8. Loop checking.
9. Responsible for panel integration, testing, Factory acceptance test and Site
acceptance test.
10. Candidate should be willing to travel to project sites for site acceptance test or
any service requirement.
