Job Description

Responsibilities:

Planning, organising and directing the Instrumentation Departments activities and manpower.
Preparation of P&ID, instrument list, control philosophy, valve datasheets, instrument datasheets, interlocking diagram, cause & effect diagram, logic diagrams, control loop descriptions etc.
Review of PFD, layout and 3D model.
Preparation and checking of DCS specification
Specify field Instruments and control systems for packages.
Calculations for various instruments, valves, and other project requirements related to instrumentation.
Participate in HAZOP review.
Review of Plant Operating & Maintenance Manuals.
Assistance in procurement engineering including vendor drawing and documents review & approval.
Carryout engineering with the use of Instrumentation software like Intools, Cardworks, AutoCAD etc.
Efficiently use of National and International standards as per requirement of project.
