Instrumentation & Control (I&C) Engineer

Job Location: Karnataka

Contract: Fixed Term Contract - GI Roll - (Third Party Payroll)

Key Responsibilities (Mention responsibilities applicable to the position. Add rows if needed)

• Responsible for verification of design for formulation of PLC units, control system, I/O (Input/Output) address schedules, filed bus segment, loop diagram, ICA panel layout, panel power distribution drawings, instrument location drawings, logic diagrams, control system software and other components related to automation and ensuring proper installation of automation components as per the requirement of the scheme
• Issue corrective action reports, non-conformance reports as per quality procedures
• Review and close all open CAR & NCR
• Prepare daily, monthly quality reports
• Attend weekly, monthly project review meetings and present the quality updates including details on open and repeating issues
• Provide any site related support/training to construction agency personnel

Technical / business-unit specific skills and knowledge

• Should have background of having worked in water supplies and related infrastructure projects
• Should have understanding of appropriate codes and standards
• Should be familiar with preparing quality reports and procedure for issuing CARs and NCRs

Education

Graduate in Electronic & communication / Instrumentation Technology Enginee

Certification or Training (If any required)

Any certification on quality would be an added benefit
