The project:

This is a high-rise residential rehabilitation project in Mumbai.

Provides technical support to the project construction team, principally relating to primary and secondary control, dimensional verification and quality control/quality assurance activities relating to structural trades. It could also extend to trades that interface with the structure, or equally across the whole project.

Responsible for scope of works, communication and implementation of quality control activities adhering to compliance. Ensures validation checks are performed in conjunction with trade contractor s specific checks. Implements Mace temporary works procedure and safety procedures.

You ll be responsible for:

• Provides engineering leadership to the site engineers.

• Manages project wide dimensional control for main contractor and trade contractor works.

• Interprets as-built surveys/installations are checked prior to construction of follow-on activities.

• Acts as TWS and Deputy TWC (dependant on individual competency) as stipulated in Mace TW procedure.

• Reviews design information and liaise with designers or trade contractors to resolve queries.

• Manages trade contractors to ensure that ITP s are complied with and verification records are in place.

• Carries out defined inspections to allow Mace verification of the works.

• Seeks opportunities for continuous improvements/improving working processes.

• Manages team, driving performance and results, whilst delivering performance management, technical development and coaching.

• Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

You ll need to have:

• Bachelors degree in civil.

• Experience in the relevant field.
