Instrumentation & Control Engineer - Projects

You will be responsible for designing effective and cost-efficient structural solutions to meet the organization's safety standards and future needs. This includes ensuring all protections are in place to maintain zero accidents, as well as identifying opportunities for process and system improvements. You will also be expected to consider suggestions from employees for performance enhancement and reducing Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF). Another key aspect of your role will involve talent management, including identifying the right individuals and developing their skills through training and job rotation. You will be in charge of optimizing control systems for various process and utility units, studying logics, and making necessary modifications to enhance reliability and operational efficiency. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing spares inventory, developing indigenous spares, preparing budgets, and overseeing manpower management. You will also play a crucial role in projects planning and execution, staying updated on newer technologies, and incorporating them as needed. Furthermore, you will be expected to organize safety meetings and seminars for departmental staff to promote safety and minimize accidents. Monitoring contractors to ensure timely completion of work with high quality and complying with HSE/QMS guidelines will also be part of your duties. To qualify for this position, you should have a B.E/B.Tech degree with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.,
