Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Collaborate with SAP/Systems Implementation (SI) consultants, developers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and other key stakeholders to identify target audience training needs
Utilize ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, and other recognized models to design and develop engaging SAP/SI course content and learning activities
Determine instructional end goals and create supporting material/media for SAP/SI projects (audio, video, simulations, role-plays, games etc)
Decide on the criteria used to judge learners performance and develop assessment instruments

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors or associate degree with 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in Instructional Design
Experience and Knowledge of multiple ERP systems, such as Oracle, Workday etc. is a plus
Proven experience and knowledge of Any ERP Tool like SAP systems, modules, and functions, such as SAP FI, SAP HR, SAP MM, S4/HANA etc.
Excellent knowledge of storyboarding, visual design principles, and branding guidelines
