Instructional Design Senior Analyst

As an Instructional Design Senior Analyst in the Talent & Organization (T&O) practice of the S&C Global Network at Accenture, you will be involved in assisting clients from various industries in Learning Design and Development, Change Management, and HR Transformation. Your primary role will be to create innovative learning strategies and solutions, aiding clients in managing organizational change and facilitating a smooth transition process. Your contributions will play a crucial role in shaping the future workforce. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of learning design and development. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify business problems, analyze audience profiles, and determine evaluation methodologies to support project objectives. Developing standards and templates for learning solutions, creating engaging training materials, and collaborating with experts to enhance learning materials will be key components of your role. You will be tasked with visualizing content creatively and crafting impactful storyboards that resonate with the target audience. To excel in this position, you are expected to possess proficiency in content development, instructional design, research, and content analysis. Familiarity with industry-standard design tools such as Articulate, Captivate, Lectora, Camtasia, and SAP Enable Now, among others, is essential. Your ability to work in a problem-solving global environment, coupled with strong interpersonal and writing skills, will be instrumental in achieving business objectives. The ideal candidate for this role should hold a Graduate or Post Graduate degree in a relevant specialization such as Journalism, Mass Communication, English Literature, Advertising, or Public Relations. With 3-5 years of experience in instructional design and content development, you should demonstrate a solid understanding of training and design strategies. Your expertise in applying learning methodologies and emerging technologies for adult learning will be highly valued in this role.
