Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a smart and enthusiastic professional with experience in institutional dealing. The role involves executing trades across cash and derivatives segments, assisting senior traders, supporting clients, and contributing to trade settlement activities.
Key Responsibilities: Execute client orders accurately across all the asset classes, namely the equity and derivatives (equity and commodity) segment. Monitor and manage client exposures in line with internal risk controls. Deploy and manage execution strategies (manual and algo) via ODIN / Bloomberg. Handle Algo orders execution such as TWAP, POV, Iceberg, and SWAP in equities via Bloomberg and ODIN. Share market updates, trade ideas, and desk insights with clients. Coordinate with back-office teams for reconciliation and settlement. Maintain trade logs, generate reports, and ensure process compliance. Work closely within the team to build execution discipline and client engagement. Requirements Graduated in Finance (B.Com, BBA, BA Economics etc). MBA in Finance or CFA preferred. 2+ years of experience in an institutional dealership. Strong understanding of cash & F&O markets, trading platforms, and order routing. Hands-on experience with ODIN, Omnesys /Nest. Bloomberg knowledge is mandatory. Strong understanding and experience of Algo order execution (TWAP, POV, VWAP, SWAP) in equities via Bloomberg and ODIN. NISM Series VII and VIII certification is mandatory. Working knowledge of Excel and basic data analysis. Excellent communication, coordination, and client-handling skills. Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced trading environment. Team-oriented mindset with eagerness to learn and grow.
