Institutional Sales head(SPORTSWEAR only)

Drive institutional sales across schools, colleges, sports academies, government

bodies, and corporate clients.

• Leverage personal network—especially in the sports domain—to initiate and grow

business partnerships.

• Lead end-to-end sales cycles: from lead generation and pitching to negotiation,

closing, and after-sales service.

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with sports officials, coaches, procurement

heads, and decision-makers.

• Develop region-wise institutional business strategy and lead a growing sales team.
• Coordinate with internal teams (product, production, logistics) to ensure order

fulfilment and client satisfaction.

• Represent the company at major sports events, institutional meetings, and trade

fairs.

• Track and analyze sales KPIs and present regular performance reports to

management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
