As a Corporate Relationship Manager at FalconX, you will play a crucial role in significantly growing the Institutional business by scaling the number of clients and revenue. Your responsibilities will include managing and servicing a list of designated clients, building long-term relationships, demonstrating a proactive mindset, contributing to the planning and implementation of the client segment, understanding product offerings in the marketplace, and achieving quarterly target metrics established by management. You will also align with leadership regularly to optimize strategy and share customer feedback across functions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Significantly grow the Institutional business by scaling the number of clients and revenue - Manage and service a list of designated clients as their primary point of contact - Build long-term relationships with clients and provide ongoing relationship servicing to enable up-sell/cross-sell opportunities - Demonstrate a proactive mindset and anticipate client needs while keeping their business goals in mind - Contribute to the planning and implementation of the client segment in designated region - Understand product offerings in the marketplace and assess competitors" activities - Achieve quarterly target metrics and KPIs - Align with leadership regularly to discuss and optimize strategy **Qualifications Required:** - MBA degree or equivalent practical experience - 4+ years of experience in a Corporate Relationship Management role in a Bank, Fintech/Financial services, or Asset management industry - Superior service skills with a "client first" approach - Interest in the digital asset space and FalconX's products - Working knowledge in any major asset class and front office experience in handling Spot and derivatives products - Ability to represent the company's culture and values to institutional counterparties - Inclusive team player with a start-up mindset - Ability to work during European hours (1pm to 10pm) IST FalconX is committed to building a diverse, inclusive, equitable, and safe workspace for all individuals.
