Description
As a Corporate Relationship Manager at FalconX, you will be responsible for significantly growing the Institutional business by scaling the number of clients and revenue. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing and servicing a list of designated clients, or your Book of Business, as their primary point of contact. This involves handling both inbound inquiries from the client segment and working with the sales teams on converting outbound leads. - Building long-term relationships with clients to enable up-sell / cross-sell opportunities and ensure client satisfaction. - Demonstrating a proactive mindset by anticipating client needs and concerns, while keeping their business goals top-of-mind. - Contributing to the planning and implementation of the client segment in designated region and executing the business strategy surrounding it. - Understanding the product offerings in the marketplace, assessing competitors" activities, and proactively satisfying and retaining clients. - Achieving quarterly target metrics and KPIs established by management. - Regularly aligning with leadership to discuss and optimize strategy and share customer feedback across functions. Qualifications required for this role include: - MBA degree or equivalent practical experience. - 4+ years of experience in a Corporate Relationship Management role at a Bank, Fintech/Financial services, or in the Asset management industry. - Superior service skills and a "client-first" approach resulting in strong customer loyalty. - Interest in the digital asset space and enthusiasm about FalconX's products and business model. - Working knowledge in any major asset class (Fixed Income, Forex, Equities, Commodities) and front office experience in handling Spot and derivatives products. - Ability to represent the company's culture and values to institutional counterparties. - Inclusive team player attitude. - Start-up mindset and go-getter attitude, with a hunger for scaling business and revenues. - Willingness to work primarily during European hours (1pm to 10pm) IST. Preferred qualifications include entrepreneurial experience, strong analytical skills, knowledge of institutional investment strategies, portfolio positioning, digital assets/crypto, financial markets, investing, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, time management skills, and a Masters degree in finance.
