Installation Design Engineer

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your installation engineering expertise in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and detail-oriented teammates.

You'll play a key role in ensuring seamless execution of installation engineering activities, driving excellence in project delivery. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business, including project installation engineering leaders, project managers, and subcontractor teams. Youll also liaise with project engineering teams and contribute to the preparation and validation of technical documentation, and much more.

Youll specifically take care of preparing and executing installation design activities such as drawings, documentation, and method statements, but also ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.

• Preparing and executing installation design activities for projects and bids
• Ensuring the delivery of documentation in line with project execution requirements
• Conforming to Alstoms policies, standards, and applicable regulations
• Reporting anomalies and proposing improvements to reference libraries
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals
• Supporting the continuous enhancement of installation engineering processes

• B.E./B.Tech Engineering Graduate
• 4+ years of experience in telecom installation engineering activities
• Proficiency in English language
• Strong IT skills, including MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication skills
• Agility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
• Strong time management and organizational skills
