Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your installation engineering expertise in a cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and detail-oriented teammates.You'll play a key role in ensuring seamless execution of installation engineering activities, driving excellence in project delivery. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business, including project installation engineering leaders, project managers, and subcontractor teams. You'll also liaise with project engineering teams and contribute to the preparation and validation of technical documentation, and much more.You'll specifically take care of preparing and executing installation design activities such as drawings, documentation, and method statements, but also ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.We'll look to you for:
- Preparing and executing installation design activities for projects and bids
- Ensuring the delivery of documentation in line with project execution requirements
- Conforming to Alstom's policies, standards, and applicable regulations
- Reporting anomalies and proposing improvements to reference libraries
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals
- Supporting the continuous enhancement of installation engineering processes

- B.E./B.Tech Engineering Graduate
- 4+ years of experience in telecom installation engineering activities
- Proficiency in English language
- Strong IT skills, including MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Strong time management and organizational skills
