Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute an effective Instagram marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content including images, videos, reels, and stories.
Manage Instagram account(s), ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
Utilize Instagrams advertising tools to run paid campaigns that increase reach and conversions.
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster a community around the brand.
Collaborate with designers, photographers, and influencers to create high-quality content.
Monitor analytics, track performance, and optimize strategies using data-driven insights.
Stay updated with Instagram trends, features, and best practices to enhance marketing efforts.
Conduct competitor analysis and identify new growth opportunities.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and content teams to ensure alignment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in Instagram marketing, social media management, or a related field.
Strong understanding of Instagram algorithms, trends, and best practices.
Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
Experience with Instagram Ads, analytics tools, and performance tracking.
Excellent copywriting skills with an eye for compelling visuals.
Strong communication and community management skills.
Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
Experience working with influencers and brand collaborations is a plus.
Knowledge of SEO and social media marketing strategies is desirable.
Experience in e-commerce, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industries.
Hands-on experience with social media automation tools.
