Inspector - Product Safety & Quality

As an Inspector - Product Safety & Quality at Schindler India, your primary responsibility will involve interacting and coordinating with the Installation personnel for conducting SAIS test for certification of elevators. The SAIS Test (Schindler Acceptance Inspection Standards) is conducted for all Schindler Elevators after installation and commissioning to ensure they meet Schindler standards. In addition to the SAIS test, you will also be responsible for interacting and coordinating with the Installation personnel for conducting CPSI test for certification of elevators. The CPSI Test is a process that standardizes, consolidates, and documents safety inspection requirements and practices for all Schindler elevators after every 5 years of operation. Your role will include ensuring and reporting all non-conformities found during SAIS and CPSI tests before closing the certification of the elevator. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 5 years of experience for installation personnel and 7 years of experience for service personnel. It is mandatory for candidates to have a Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering. Proficiency in English is required, while advanced proficiency in Hindi and knowledge of any regional language will be advantageous.
