Inspection Manager, India

We are hiring for an Inspection Manager (Solar Industry experience is mandatory) position at STS India!

If you have hands-on experience in quality controls or inspections at manufacturing sites, especially within PV module manufacturing, this is a great opportunity to join a growing, impactful team.

Role Requirements:

We are seeking a dynamic professional with extensive experience into leading inspection planning and execution across India. This role involves managing end-to-end inspection processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving operational excellence. The individual will also be responsible for leading a high-performing inspection team, including performance management, training, and development.

The candidate must be open to frequent travel to project sites and possess excellent communication skills, with strong proficiency in spoken and written English, as they will be required to engage directly with clients and internal stakeholders.

Experience into PV module manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
