Inspector (Solar Engineer)

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Solar Inspection Engineers and Senior Solar Inspection Engineers in India. Your role will involve ensuring the success of renewable energy projects, such as solar modules, energy storage systems, wind turbines, and inverters. As part of our team, you will be stationed at project sites located throughout India. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 3-10 years of experience in QC and PV Module technical roles. Your key responsibilities will include innovating and improving inspection methodologies, leading project kickoff meetings with suppliers, conducting on-site verifications based on 5M principles, managing testing schedules to ensure timely execution, analyzing manufacturing/testing activities to provide valuable insights, preparing detailed inspection reports, coordinating inspection teams according to project schedules, and effectively communicating findings, suggesting enhancements, and reporting to the Project Manager. To be successful in this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree or a 3-year technical diploma, proficiency in technical drawings, specifications, and procedures, strong communication skills, high ethical standards, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and expertise in Microsoft Office and renewable energy systems. In addition to the above requirements, you must be willing to dedicate over 80% of your time to inspection sites, and be open to domestic and international travel within India.
