Inspection Engineer

Job Summary:

The role involves inspection of machines and selling service solutions to pharmaceutical clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in Telugu, English, and basic Hindi, be proficient in MS Office and email communication, and have the ability to learn and understand Electrolab instruments quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site inspection and assessment of machines at pharmaceutical customer locations.
• Promote and sell service contracts and after-sales support to existing and new clients.
• Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports and service documentation.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable service solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of service and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and update records using MS Office and email correspondence.
• Travel regularly to client sites within the assigned region.

Qualification:

• ITI / Diploma candidates ONLY

Language Proficiency:

• Fluent in Telugu and English.
• Basic understanding of Hindi.

Other Requirements:

• Must possess a two-wheeler (bike) for travel and customer visits (Compulsory)
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region for inspections and service promotion.

Job Type: Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
