Job Summary:

We are urgently seeking an experienced Inspection Coordinator to join our team in Kuwait. The successful candidate will oversee and coordinate inspection activities across multiple critical projects in refineries, petrochemical plants, gas plants, fertilizer units, LNG terminals, and oilfields. This is a long-term opportunity for professionals with deep technical knowledge and leadership capabilities in inspection and asset integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all inspection-related activities and ensure compliance with client specifications and international standards
• Supervise inspection teams and review their reports, findings, and recommendations
• Liaise with QA/QC departments, maintenance teams, and project stakeholders
• Ensure timely execution of inspection plans and schedules
• Monitor the implementation of asset integrity and corrosion control programs
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for audits and client reporting
• Provide technical support and resolve inspection-related issues on-site
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in inspection and asset integrity management

Requirements:

• Minimum 10+ years of total experience in Inspection, Corrosion, QA/QC, or Asset Integrity
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in the refinery, petrochemical, gas, fertilizer, or LNG industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred
• Certifications such as API (510/570/653), NACE, ASNT Level II/III are highly desirable
• Strong leadership and coordination skills
• Excellent communication and report-writing abilities
• Familiarity with international codes and standards (API, ASME, ASTM, etc.)
