About the Role

Insights Curator

Key Responsibilities

• Track daily content, cultural, and category trends across social media and digital platforms
• Research consumer behavior, audience interests, and platform usage patterns
• Curate relevant insights from reports, social listening tools, and secondary research sources
• Help build insight decks, POVs, trend reports, and presentations for internal teams
• Work closely with strategy, planning, and creative teams to support data-backed decision-making
• Maintain internal libraries/trackers of insights, examples, and trends
• Ensure all insights are accurate, well-organised, and easy to reference

Requirements

• 02 years of experience in insights, digital research, social media, planning, or related fields
• Strong research skills and an interest in consumer behaviour & digital culture
• Good understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, X, etc.)
• Ability to convert scattered information into clear, structured insights
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and presentation tools (PPT/Keynote)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work on multiple tasks

Good to Have

• Experience with social listening tools (e.g., Meltwater, Sprinklr, Talkwalker)
• Basic knowledge of analytics dashboards or platform data
• Prior internships in strategy, insights, or digital marketing
• Interest in pop culture, content trends, and evolving consumer behaviour
