Job Description

An Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for selling products or services remotely, primarily through phone, email, and virtual communication channels. The role involves generating and qualifying leads, making sales presentations, negotiating deals, and closing sales. They develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to drive revenue growth. They use CRM systems to track sales activities and collaborate with marketing and other departments to meet sales targets. The specialist also provides technical support, product information, and follows up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through research and outreach.
  • Conducting product demonstrations and presentations online or via calls.
  • Negotiating prices and terms of sales agreements.
  • Managing the sales pipeline and updating records regularly.
  • Meeting or exceeding established sales goals.
  • Coordinating with other teams for customer satisfaction and sales support.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,586.59 - ₹40,337.01 per month
