Inside Sales (US Shift)

We’re Hiring: Sales Manager (Mumbai - Mulund | US Shift)
Location: Mulund (Night Shift – US Timings)Industry: EdTechExperience: 2–6 years

What You’ll Do:

Speak with prospective parents/students who have enquired on our platform. Book them for a free trial/demo class with our expert tutors.

Post-demo, follow up and close the sale — convert interest into enrollment.

Maintain and update lead data in our CRM (Zoho) with diligence.
Hit weekly/monthly conversion and revenue targets.Provide insights to improve the sales process and increase closure rates.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in a US sales process (B2C/EdTech preferred).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills — you can build trust in a single call.
• Experience working with CRM tools and managing high-volume pipelines.
• EdTech sales experience is a major plus.
• Ability to work independently and own targets.
• Comfortable with night shifts (US hours).
