The role involves connecting with potential clients over calls, understanding their requirements, and guiding them towards suitable property options. Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate leads.
Explain project details, features, and investment benefits to clients.
Schedule client meetings and site visits for the sales team.
Follow up with leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
Achieve weekly and monthly call and conversion targets.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and client interactions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
2–6 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer handling.
Real estate experience preferred.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Goal-oriented, confident, and proactive in approach.
Strong follow-up and client engagement ability.
