Job Description

You will be responsible for independently researching and identifying prospective schools in the assigned region using various online platforms, directories, local references, and other available resources. Your role will involve initiating cold calls to schools and engaging with key decision-makers such as principals, coordinators, and administrators to introduce Extramarks Smart Class Solutions. Additionally, you will be expected to conduct high-volume outbound calling to effectively pitch the value proposition of our solutions, aligned with the National Education Policy (NEP) and curriculum needs of the schools. Your ability to build interest and generate qualified leads by comprehensively understanding school requirements and pain points will be crucial in this role. Furthermore, you will play a key role in recording essential information and maintaining lead data accurately in internal trackers and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to ensure effective follow-up and relationship management.,
