Inside Sales Support-Remote

Looking for Inside Sales Support, Sales Admin, Services Support for IT-Reseller & Service provider worldwide remote position, USA, UK & European Timing with excellent communication skills.

Job Spec:

• Taking customer enquiries on phone from inbound calls.
• Dealing with email enquiries.
• Raising purchase and sales orders.
• Checking price & availability of IT Products & services, negotiating prices with different vendors.
• Quoting prices and follow up quotes, emails and enquiries.

Skill Sets & requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English written & verbal.
• Self motivated, hard working, honest and result oriented.
• Knowledge of MS office (Outlook, excel, word, powerpoint).
• Typing speed of minimum 30 to 40 words per minute.

Experience:

• 1-5 years experience in Inside sales support, sales admin or within similar roles is an advantage but full training will be provided.
