Looking for Inside Sales Support, Sales Admin, Services Support for IT-Reseller & Service provider worldwide remote position, USA, UK & European Timing with excellent communication skills. Newly Graduates Welcome, Please specify salary expectation when apply. Job Spec: Taking customer enquiries on phone from inbound calls. Dealing with email enquiries. Raising purchase and sales orders. Checking price & availability of IT Products & services, negotiating prices with different vendors. Quoting prices and follow up quotes, emails and enquiries. Skill Sets & requirements: Excellent communication skills in English written & verbal. Self motivated, hard working, honest and result oriented. Knowledge of MS office (Outlook, excel, word, powerpoint). Typing speed of minimum 30 to 40 words per minute. Experience: 1-5 years experience in Inside sales support, sales admin or within similar roles is an advantage but full training will be provided.
