Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Inside Sales Specialist. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining effective communication. Day-to-day tasks include reaching out to potential customers, addressing their inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance their overall experience. The role also involves working closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
